Nicole is Chief Operating Officer of Upstate Special Needs Planning, a comprehensive financial planning group that specializes in working with families who are caring for an individual with developmental disabilities, mental health issues or (TBI) Traumatic Brain Injury. Nicole oversees all day to day operations and marketing for Upstate Special Needs Planning. Nicole is also a NYSACRA certified Housing Navigator.
A native of Buffalo, Nicole came to Rochester, NY to attend St. John Fisher College. Nicole has been in the financial industry for several years and has background in sales, recruitment and management.
Outside of work commitments, she serves as Vice Chair for Mental Health Association of Rochester, is a member of the Board of Trustees for WXXI Public Media & the Little Theater, Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Villa of Hope, a YMCA Ambassador and Chair of the Membership Committee for the Genesee Valley Club. Previous community involvement includes: St. John Fisher College Alumni Board of Directors (Chair), RocCity Coalition, Rochester Young Professionals, Business Mentor for Rochester's Young Entrepreneurial Academy, Women in Financial Services (Vice Chair), and the Al Sigl WalkAbout. Nicole is a 2014 Rochester Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient and the recipient of the 2017 Distinguished Volunteer Service Award for her work with the Mental Health Association.
